Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 28(2) of the Financial Administration Act, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that there is insufficient legislative provision, and that no other countervailing savings are available, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that the necessity is urgent, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve, on the recommendation in writing of Treasury Board, the preparation of a Special Warrant for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, in the amount of $544,800 within the vote of the Legislature, for the purpose of addressing unanticipated costs for the Turner Death Review/Investigation, for required projects and related costs for the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer and for unanticipated legal expenses for the House of Assembly, allocated as follows:
