Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its current account appropriations under Alterations and Improvements to Existing Facilities in the amount of $225,000 for 2007-08, to facilitate entry into an agreement for replacement of the air handling units in the Sir Richard Squires Building.
