Under the authority of section 22 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Mary Hatherly permanently as Legislative Counsel, at Level IV, Step 9 of the Solicitors’ Pay Plan, with benefits to include payment of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
