Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Pamela Goulding as Director of Public Prosecutions (Acting) in the Department of Justice, effective June 23, 2006, at step 33 of the 1610 point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
