Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act,  the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 100 square meters of Crown land situated at Come By Chance Pond in the Electoral District of Bellevue to Graham Curlew, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
