Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 66 square metres in the Electoral District of Twillingate and Fogo to Kelly Linfield for the purpose of a wharf and boathouse, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
