Under the authority of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

i) appoint Mr. Max Ruelokke of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, for a term of six years effective the date of the later respective federal or provincial Order in Council; and

b) agree with the Federal Government that the salary and terms and conditions of the appointment of Mr. Max Ruelokke as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board be in accordance with the schedule on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
