Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Len Moores as Chief Executive Officer, Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, in the Department of Natural Resources, effective from a current date.
