Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Jeff Whalen as Assistant Deputy Minister (Acting) – Agrifoods Development in the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, Department of Natural Resources, effective from a current date, at his same salary.
