Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Government Services to pre-commit funding of $119,000 and $48,000 for fiscal years 2007-08 and 2008-09 respectively, to facilitate entering into agreements to support the implementation of an Environmental Health Officer Bursary Program.
