Under the authority of section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the stage in Marches Point, Port au Port, as more particularly described in Appendix A of the Minister’s Submission, to the Harbour Authority of Cape St. George, subject to the usual terms and conditions for such transfers.
