Executive Council Act
Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the Inland Fisheries Enforcement Program from the Minister of Natural Resources to the Minister of Justice, effective May 15, 2006.
