Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 300 square metres in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands to Harold Humber for the purpose of an aircraft hanger, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy.
