Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 140 square metres in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands for the purpose of a slipway and floating wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licenses to occupy.
