Under the authority of section 4 of the Internal Economy Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. William MacKenzie by Commission under the Great Seal, to the position of Clerk of the House of Assembly, effective October 30, 2006, with Mr. MacKenzie to maintain Deputy Minister status, and with salary at Step 15 of the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, further to the direction on Point Scales for this position provided by the Commission of Internal Economy in 2002.
