Under the authority of sections 186 and 195 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Minister of Government Services and the Lieutenant Governor in Council are pleased to make the Regulations entitled, “Licensing and Equipment Regulations (Amendment),” a copy of which are attached to the Minister’s Submission.
