Under the authority of section 7 of the Auditor General Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to increase the salary of John Noseworthy as Auditor General of Newfoundland and Labrador to step 25 on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan effective April 25, 2002. 

OC2005-412 is hereby rescinded.
