Under the authority of section 4 of the Internal Economy Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Elizabeth Murphy to act as the Clerk of the House of Assembly in a temporary capacity, effective September 1, 2006 to October 27, 2006, with salary at Step 1 of the 2328 Point Scale for the duration of the temporary appointment to reflect additional duties and responsibilities, further to the direction on Point Scales for the position of Clerk provided by the Commission of Internal Economy in 2002.
