An Act to Enhance the Transparency and Accountability of the Government and Government Entities to the People of the Province
Under the authority of section 24 of “An Act to Enhance the Transparency and Accountability of the Government and Government Entities to the People of the Province,” the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force upon publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
