Under the authority of section 3(1) of the Citizens’ Representative Act, following the unanimous approval of a Resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Barry Fleming as the Citizens’ Representative, effective December 6, 2006, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract between the Speaker of the House of Assembly and Mr. Fleming, a copy of which is to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
