Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby grants remission of Newfoundland and Labrador income tax payable on the ex-gratia amount approved and announced on March 23, 2006 in the hands of affected residents of Newfoundland and Labrador.
