Under the authority of section 520 D.5c(i) of Government’s Personnel Administration Procedures, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby approves the employment of Mr. Sandy Chilcote with the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board beyond the retirement age of 65, subject to confirmation from Mr. Chilcote that he is informed of the present implications of remaining at work beyond age 65 and signs a waiver to that effect.
