Under the authority of section 520 D.5c(i) of Government’s Personnel Administration Procedures, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby approves the employment of Ms. Faye Critch with the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board beyond the retirement age of 65, subject to confirmation from Ms. Critch that she is informed of the present implications of remaining at work beyond age 65 and signs a waiver to that effect.
