Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $60,000,000 against its 2007-2008 budgetary appropriations for the Provincial Roads Program.
