Under the authority of section 21(2) of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the matters to be included in performance contracts, specifically:  priority commitments, ministerial priorities and horizontal and ongoing commitments, the details of which are included in the Guidelines for Performance Contracts on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
