Under the authority of subsections 9(2) and (7) of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the following timelines:

i)  not later than 5 months following the fiscal year end of a government entity, that entity shall submit an annual report required by subsection 9(7) of the Act to its responsible minister; and

ii)  not later than 6 months following the fiscal year end of a government entity, the responsible minister shall table the annual report of the government entity in the House of Assembly.
