Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Municipal Affairs effective July 31, 2006, consisting of three branches each led by an Assistant Deputy Minister:

i) Municipal Support and Policy;

ii) Engineering, Planning and Emergency Services; and

iii) Employment Support.
