Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land not exceeding 27 hectares, situated at Three Corner Pond, in the Tors Cove area, to Whalen-Bernardy Company Limited, for the purpose of a commercial recreational vehicle campground, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants and subject to the additional terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council
