Under the authority of section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education, the Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Comprehensive Funding Arrangement for Newfoundland and Labrador (Education), a copy of which is to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and any subsequent extensions to that agreement.
