Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $1,750,000 in each of the years 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10 against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the awarding of a three year contract to provide for government’s data network requirements.
