Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $3,303,000 against its 2007/08 budgetary appropriations to facilitateawarding of the design build contract for the new Humberwood Addictions Centre in Corner Brook and to fund other project related expenses.
