Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence-to-occupy for an area not exceeding 75 square meters of Crown land situated at Trinity in the Electoral District of Trinity North to Frank Ryan and Lynn Burry subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licenses-to-occupy.
