Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 30 square metres situated at Hawco’s Pond, Deer Park, to Leo Griffin for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
