Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 46 square metres situated at Indian Pond, Port Saunders, to Kirby Biggin for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
