Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area not to exceed 0.3 hectare situated at Churchill River, Labrador, to Nalcor Energy for the purpose of a wharf and landing area, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such licences.
