Under the authority of section 189.1 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the St. John’s International Airport Authority, with the approval of the Minister of Transportation and Works, to make regulations under the authority of section 189.1 of the Highway Traffic Act.
