Under the authority of subsection 3(l) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to expropriate 5.118 hectares of land located on Raynham Avenue and Magee Road in Gander, for a new Grades 4-6 school, and to name the Newfoundland and Labrador English School Board as the “authority” in the Notice of Expropriation under subsections 2(b)(iv) and 4(1).
