Under the authority of section 4 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to transfer a parcel of land situate at the campus of Grenfell College to the City of Corner Brook in exchange for a parcel of land of similar size, as outlined in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
