Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Department of Transportation and Works is authorized to pre-commit funds of $3,850,257, in each of fiscal years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25, excluding HST, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the awarding of a 60-month contract with Hickman Truck Centre for the capital lease of plow trucks and accessories.
