Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Theresa Heffernan as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Financial Planning and Benefits Administration) in the Department of Finance, effective October 16, 2019, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to April 16, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein.(Revoked by OC2020-211)
