Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorized the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell, through a real estate listing process and under terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister, three (3) surplus parcels of land in Bay Roberts located off the Bay Roberts Access Road and as identified on the legal surveys attached in Annex “B” of the Minister’s submission as Parcel 1 (3781 sq.m.), Parcel 2 (0.5360 ha) and Parcel 3 (4530 sq.m.).
