Lands Act
Under the authority of subsection 7(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy Crown land not exceeding 0.036 hectares situated on the North Shore of Deer Lake in the Electoral District of Humber East to Humber Valley Resort Corporation, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
