Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of up to $1.6 million against its 2006-2007 appropriations in order to reimburse the City of St. John’s for its $1.5 million funding assistance plus interest with the Bifurcation Road – Kenmount Road interchange.
