Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Hon. Loyola Sullivan as Acting Minister of Health and Community Services, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, effective April 11, 2005.
