Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell the parcel of land measuring 483 square metres and identified as Lot 2 on the survey plan and description attached as Annex “A” of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council to Mountain Holdings Limited for the nominal amount of $1.00.
