Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Peter Shea as Chief Information Officer in Executive Council, effective April 1, 2005, with any necessary revisions to be made to the terms and conditions of his contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
