Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to establish the Office of the Chief Information Officer in Executive Council effective April 1, 2005, consisting of the following three branches each to be led by an Executive Director:

i)             Business Solutions and Application Management I;

ii)            Business Solutions and Application Management II; and

iii)           Infrastructure Services.
