Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brenda Caul as Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective April 26, 2005, with salary to be in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
