Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donna Brewer as Assistant Secretary to Treasury Board (Budgeting), effective April 26, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and normal step progression to continue to Step 33.
