Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act, section 21 of the Interpretation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Fabian Manning as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Education effective April 28, 2005.
